Contract Terms
- Work Days: Tuesday,Thursday (Thai public holidays are off)
- Working Hours: 8:00AM – 12:00PM (4hours)
- Salary: 4,500 THB/month
- Absence Policy: If absent for personal reasons, the employee can either reschedule on another day or have 500 THB deducted from their salary.
- Additional Benefits:
- Songkran Bonus: 1,000 THB
- December Bonus: One month’s salary
- Payday: Last working day of each month
- Salary Increase: Once a year (200 THB in total)
- Severance Pay: (Years of service) × (One month’s salary) ※ if there are no problems when you leave the job.
Other:
- If you bring your own lunch, please eat it at any time you like.
- Please use your smartphone only when children are not around.
- You can drink free bottle of water anytime.
